Registration Information

  • Early Bird Registration ends August 28, 2009.
  • Full Registration includes all educational sessions, group meals, opening reception, and exhibitor session.
  • Full Non-member registration includes a complimentary one-year membership to PPAG (through 2010).
  • Spouse Registration includes group meals and receptions only.
  • One-day Registration fees are available. Please call the PPAG office for more information.

Refund Policy

  • A full refund will be granted on or before August 28, 2009.
  • After August 28, 2009, PPAG will refund 75% of the paid registration fee.
  • After September 20, 2009, refunds WILL NOT be granted.

Registration Add-on Events and Options

HOSPITAL TOURS

Are you interested in touring Cleveland's childrens hospitals? Tours of Rainbow Babies and Children's Hospital and Cleveland Clinic Children's Hospital on Thursday, September 24 at 9:00 am. Registration price is $25.00 and includes transportation. Seats are limited.

PRECONFERENCE SYMPOSIUM:
Core Competencies for Pediatric Diabetes

Drs. Michelle Condren, Mark Haase, and Thomas Parker will present information on the Management of Diabetes, DKA and HHS, and Pumps, Pens, and other Devices. Registration is $85.00.

CONFERENCE BOOKLET

Conference registration includes a thumb-drive which contains all handouts for all participants. However, you can purchase a printed booklet for $25.00.

 

 


Keynote Address
Children and Disaster Response

Michael Anderson, MD
Dr. Anderson is Vice President and Associate Chief Medical Officer at University Hospitals and Associate Professor of Pediatrics at the Case Western Reserve School of Medicine in Cleveland, Ohio. He is also a pediatric critical care specialist at Rainbow Babies & Children’s Hospital.
