2026 Virtual Residency Showcase – Student Information:

We are excited to invite you to participate in the third annual PPA Residency Showcase! This virtual event offers Class of 2027 and PGY-1 students the opportunity to connect with programs across the country.
To ensure an equitable experience for all, participation will be FREE for all students. You must register by September 18th to participate. Unfortunately, we will be unable to accommodate any late registrations.
This registration is for student and resident participants only
PGY-1 Session: October 13, 2026
Meet with PGY-1 Programs in groups with 10 other students in 30-minute sessions.
Session times may be scheduled anytime between 9:00 am and 4:00 pm eastern
Schedules will be emailed the week of 10/5
PGY-2 Session: October 15, 2026
Meet with PGY-2 Programs 1:1 in 30-minute sessions.
Session times may be scheduled anytime between 9:00 am and 4:00 pm eastern

Participating in the Virtual Residency Showcase is simple:
- STEP 1: Register the programs you wish to meet with
- STEP 2: Make sure to upload your CV in PDF format – this will be shared with the programs.
- STEP 3: PPA schedule your meetings and send you your zoom links.

Student Participation FAQ:
When will my meeting/interview be scheduled?
PGY-1 meetings are on 10/13, and PGY-2 meetings are on 10/15. Meetings may be anytime beginning at 9:00 am eastern on 10/13. Times depend on program preference. If you have conflicts, please list this in your registration. We will do our best to accommodate conflicts, but this cannot be guaranteed. Some programs have requested a preferred meeting time after 5:00 pm eastern, so it may be possible that meetings may take place in the early evening.
How many people will be in a session and how long will a session be?
Interview sessions will be 30 minutes and will have up to 10 participants for PGY-1. PGY-2 will be 30 minutes and is a 1:1 interview.
When will I know what time my interview sessions will be?
PPA will reach out to you once participant registration closes, and we know how many participants selected your institution. We understand the demands during the day and will try to accommodate the best we can.
When will I receive my schedule and zoom link?
Schedules will be sent to participants approximately 10 days prior to the event, or around the 3rd of October.
What happens if I am unable to attend my scheduled time?
We will try and reschedule, if we are unable to, we will pass along your information to the program and they are able to contact you after the event. Please let us know as soon as possible if there are conflicts, or if you are unable to make your scheduled time.
